Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day SOC operations and manage shift activities.
- Investigate and respond to threat alerts from Wiz/CSPM or equivalent cloud security platforms.
- Perform EDR/XDR alert analysis and endpoint threat investigations.
- Conduct phishing and email security analysis, including malicious URLs, attachments, and BEC incidents.
- Analyze and correlate alerts across SIEM, EDR, CSPM, email, cloud, and identity platforms.
- Handle security incidents, escalations, containment, and remediation coordination.
- Mentor L1 analysts and provide technical guidance during complex investigations.
- Communicate incident findings, impact, and remediation recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of SOC/Cybersecurity experience, with experience as a Senior SOC Analyst / L2 / Shift Lead.
- Hands-on experience with Wiz or other CSPM/CNAPP tools.
- Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms such as CrowdStrike.
- Strong phishing/email investigation experience.
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel / Splunk / Google SecOps.
- Good understanding of Incident Response, MITRE ATT&CK, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
