Job Title- DevOps Engineer
Experience- 3 to 5 years
Location- Pune
The Role
We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the infrastructure and core platform that powers our agentic systems. This role spans cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and hands-on development. You’ll work closely with engineering to build reliable, scalable systems and strong developer workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Design and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
- Develop platform tooling and internal services
- Work across backend services and APIs to support platform capabilities
- Improve observability, reliability, and system performance
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards
What You Bring
- Strong experience operating production cloud systems (AWS or similar)
- Solid programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automated deployments
- Experience working with distributed systems or microservices
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and reliability principles
- High ownership mindset and strong engineering judgment
Nice to Have
- Experience running containerised workloads (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
- Experience with observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing)
- Familiarity with regulated or high-compliance environments
- Background in platform engineering or developer productivity tooling
